Three-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Rock Solid Driveways warrants that all driveway work performed at the above address will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the completion date. This warranty covers installation defects directly resulting from improper workmanship by Rock Solid Driveways.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENT — ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PACKAGE

This warranty is only valid if the customer purchases and maintains Rock Solid Driveways’ annual Spring Maintenance Package for the duration of the warranty period. The maintenance package cost is $150 to $250, depending on driveway size. Service is performed once each Spring and includes: cleaning debris from driveway surface and ditches, clearing and maintaining drainage channels, and regrading the driveway surface if necessary. Failure to schedule and complete the required maintenance service each year will void this warranty in full.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Settlement or displacement caused by improper compaction during installation.
  • Premature loosening or raveling of gravel/stone caused by poor installation methods.
  • Improper grading resulting in water pooling on the surface (except where grade limitations existed).
  • Failure of edging or border materials installed by Rock Solid Driveways.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Damage from heavy equipment, vehicles, or loads exceeding typical residential driveway capacity.
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, including floods, erosion, frost heave, sinkholes, or tree roots.
  • Damage caused by alterations, repairs, or additions made by others after installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including gravel displacement from traffic or weather.
  • Stains or surface blemishes caused by spills, chemicals, or organic materials.
  • Any damage resulting from lack of annual maintenance service.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a defect covered under this warranty occurs, Rock Solid Driveways will, at our discretion, repair the affected area or replace the defective section of the driveway. Customer must notify Rock Solid Driveways in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rock Solid Driveways’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected area. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
